“ This is our second year in a row coming out for spring training and visiting Uncle Panda Dumpling. We couldn't stop talking about it after our first visit. The service is great! You get your food fast and it's very tasty. I'm a sucker for soup dumplings and the ones here are good! We love the spicy dumplings and the green beans. Lots of seating. Even when they are super busy they turn tables. We can't wait to come back again next year. ”

“ I've never had dumplings this good. Everything is fresh and they give you nice portions! I'm actually craving it right now as I write this. So many dumplings to try so little time, you need to stop by here and try this spot! ”

“ They close for a couple hours in the middle of the day so make sure you know their hours. We got there when they reopened at 4:30pm, which is right before the dinner rush. We came because their concept was so cute. It was our first time. We had a fabulous time. Food was good. Egg drop soup was very good, but a little over salted. - 4 out of 5. The fried green beans were amazing - 5 out of 5. The soup dumplings were very god, juicy - 5 out of 5 Pork & shrimp dumplings were good but a little dry - 4 out of 5. The Dan Dan noodles were great. My cousins loved it more than I did but we agreed to give it 5 out of 5. They gave a whole menu full of cute Baos but we didn't order any. It was a clean restaurant and the service was great. We had a good time. ”

“ I generally love this place and think the food is fantastic. I've enjoyed Xiao Long Bow, dumplings, egg drop soup and scallion pancakes. Today, I tried beef fried rice. The fried rice was perfectly cooked, but the beef was not my favorite. It was a bit chewy and not a lot of flavor. This won't stop me from coming back, but I may skip the beef dishes in the future. ”

“ Loud, lively casual atmosphere. Perfect if your looking for good Asian food in a laid back atmosphere. Service is prompt and frequent checking on you. Dumplings were great. Bao was great. Prices are reasonable as the serving sizes are generous. We went for lunch and saw small groups, couples and families with everyone seeming to have an equally enjoyable meal and experience. Would definitely return if in the area. ”

“ I was in Glendale visiting my mom and we got hungry, and while googling nearby restaurants...suddenly we discovered Uncle Panda! We went on a Sunday afternoon and there was no wait, but it was still busy enough. We sat down and our order was taken quickly. It also didn't take long before our food arrived at the table. We ordered the beef and green onion dumplings -- it comes with 8, but mom already grabbed one by the time I got my phone ready for a picture. We were hungry! They were clearly handmade and absolutely delicious. It takes a bit longer for the dumplings to be made, but so worth it as these are definitely not the typical frozen dumplings dumped in a fryer. We also had Dan Dan Noodles which were amazing in texture and just mildly spicy, plus the cucumbers in garlic sauce. The cool freshness of the cucumbers and the warmth of the noodles were a great contrast. Overall, we absolutely have plans to come back again! I'm going to also come here with my friends next time we are in the Glendale area. Highly recommend, wish one was in the east valley too! ”

“ I walked in to Uncle Panda and was hit right away with a happy vibe! Smiles from the servers, "sit wherever youd like!" It is very open inside with a bunch of tables. Servers brought out drinks quick, and the food also comes out fast too! Each dish was outstanding. But where i think Uncle Panda shines is with their Bao. Such cute buns and tasty fillings. I tried a couple Bao buns and dumplings and they did not dissappoint. I will definitely be back to Uncle Panda! ”

“ The three of us came here last evening and enjoyed a Chinese comfort food extravaganza. Even for a busy Friday night, we were seated promptly and found Uncle Panda inviting. The servers were attentive, but not on top of you and everything went smoothly throughout our meal. We ordered five different appetizers to share: Scallion Pancakes, Pork Cabbage Gyoza Dumplings, Egg Chives Pancakes, Szechuan style Chili Wontons, Bulgogi Beef and Rice with a Fried Egg on top and a ten piece Korean Garlic Boneless Chicken entrée. All items were tasty and hit our craving spot. Nice! Our tab came to $82.92 before taxes and gratuities, which for three us seemed about right. We will be back on our next AZ trip for more. ”
